I offer a FREE, no-obligation consultation at your home, where we can discuss your health, current fitness levels and goals. We’ll talk about what you want to achieve through personal training, whether it is improving flexibility, wanting to look fabulous on your wedding day, or training for an event.
The consultation phase also includes a health assessment. We’ll check your resting heart rate and blood pressure, posture, flexibility (body composition and measurements if requested). These initial assessments are so important to help us to set appropriate goals and to gauge your progress over time.
You’ll also complete a physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) to ensure that it is safe for you to exercise with any existing/previous medical conditions.
You will also be asked to complete a food diary for one week. Good nutrition is key to success, whatever your goal, and I can help you tweak your diet for maximum results.
